Coaching changed my life. And I believe it can change yours.

The truth is, I'm a lot like you

So, I love working with people just like you. My passion lies in helping people find the path to greatest joy, satisfaction, fulfillment, and freedom. I help women achieve the goals that are nagging at the back of their minds - whether it's losing the extra pounds, freeing themselves from anxiety or beating burnout - so they can free up their mental energy for more important things, like loving on their family, creating the business of their dreams, taking over the c-suite, or changing the world.

The real deal

I am a recovering people pleaser, perfectionist, control enthusiast. I've spent a lot of time worrying more about what other people thought of me instead of worrying about what I thought about myself. My past is filled with weight struggles and a fear of weight gain. But weight was just a piece of it. I also found myself facing some personal challenges, feeling stuck and dissatisfied, having difficulty being present, and experiencing loads of anxiety. I changed jobs a bunch of times, but each time I quickly realized that wasn’t the answer. I tried therapy. Twice. It wasn’t helping and it wasn’t focusing on what I felt I needed.

Sound familiar? It's OK, it gets better

Then I found my coach. I learned how to coach myself. I learned how to think in a way that served me, served my purpose, and served my success. With her support, I finally coached myself to a place where I am comfortable and confident in my body (most days), I'm able to find delight in my own personality and enjoy my own company, and I learned to deal with the pain that was holding me back. And the doors began to open. One of those doors brought me here to you. I realized that I needed to combine my coaching background with my nutrition expertise.

I coach because I care. A lot. I believe everyone who wants to (really, truly wants to) feel better has the choice to do so. Yes, even you. And with some connection, coaching and support, you can find success. Coaching can help you find freedom.

Life Coach, Registered Dietitian, Adult Learning Enthusiast

Because I know sometimes credentials are important: I have been a dietitian for 14 years, I have a MS in adult education and an executive certificate in organizational consulting and change leadership. I'm a certified life coach, an award-winning speaker and I'm certified in multiple personality assessments. I practiced as an dietitian for 8 years as an Army officer, then transitioned to leadership development and management consulting for 6 years before opening my private practice 2 years ago where I combine all things self-development, nutrition and wellbeing.

But more importantly - I've helped lots of people just like you get where they want to be and I can help you too.

Are you Ready? Let's chat

You can get to know me and see if I'm right for you in 3 simple steps:

1. Book a FREE 30-minute consult. You'll get a taste of my style and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.

2. At the time of your scheduled call, I'll call you. The call will last about 30 minutes. It's an opportunity for me to get to know you and your goals and for you to get to know me and my style. It's important for you to decide if you trust me and feel comfortable opening up to me. It's the only way coaching can be successful.

3. If we both decide it's a good fit, I'll share all the details about what working with me looks like and we'll go from there! Simple.

Want to know more about me?

I am super enthusiastic. I laugh at my own jokes. I love to ski, do yoga, walk, read, listen to podcasts and write. I'm a self-help junkie and love sharing what I am learning about. I have an amazing husband (who I now actually appreciate every day) and a son named Michael who is the absolute light of my life. I am an animal lover. I have a cat who's been my sidekick since the day I graduated from college and a giant German Shepard who is the first dog I've ever owned and who, perhaps, was a bit ambitious (or crazy) of me to adopt, but who has taught me a lot about dogs, life and my ability to learn new things.

OK, your turn! Schedule a call so I can get to know you!
